Our research teams find and maintain old and new properties on the market, input them into our database, so that our consultants are able to search the most appropriate housing for our clients. In addition as our focus is on high-end expat-orientated housing, we are not only able to concentrate on such housing, often individual landlords will contact us if suitable available units come back or onto the market.

Settle-in-China is our own self-developed settling-in program that we have engineered from the ground up. Itinerary
Besides our extensive knowledge bank we have a comprehensive settling-in program where during the accompanied settling-in period, the assignee is able to choose which particular programs, activities and items they would like our consultants to accompany, inform and help them do. Assignees are able to compile an itinerary themselves so that for example a day could consi of taking the assignee to a nearby golf course, then to various hospitals of interest and ending with a tour of the popular expatriates watering holes in the vicinity rather than the usual more formal tour of visiting banks, explanation of how to pay utilities fees and registration with the police.
